1. General Policy
QuickConverter provides digital subscription services. Once a plan is activated, refunds are not provided except under specific conditions listed below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for duplicate transactions or technical errors where payment was deducted but access not granted. To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, date, and screenshot if possible).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscription used for more than 24 hours after activation.
- Failure to use or access the product due to device issues or internet connectivity.
- Change of mind after successful purchase.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method used for the transaction.
